Her role is to manage her current team, which includes the Administrative Assistant, Scheduler, Caregivers and Client Services personnel. Danielle developed and implemented several successful programs that have helped the company reach its goals and guaranteed that the caregivers receive the best training. The programs include best practices to ensure proper adherence to state licensing, medical record keeping and training requirements. Danielle\u2019s warmth, dedication and compassion has helped establish a premium team of in-home care providers. Her top priority is to ensure that clients and their families receive quality care in the comforts of their own home.
